These TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (hereinafter referred to as the Terms) are a legal document that unconditionally applies to all Users (definitions of which are given in clause 2.1.2. of the Terms) of the website abitly.org (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
The Terms are the same for all Users. Agreement with the Terms is a complete, unconditional and voluntary response about unconditional acceptance of the terms and provisions of the Terms. IN ORDER TO USE THE RESOURCES, SERVICES AND CAPABILITIES OF THE WEBSITE, THE USER MUST PROVIDE THEIR VOLUNTARY CONSENT TO THE CONDITIONS OF THESE TERMS. THE USER HAS NO RIGHT TO USE THE WEBSITE IF THEY HAVE NOT ACCEPTED THE CONDITIONS OF THESE TERMS.
When registering on the Website, the Registrant is obliged to enter and indicate true and current information about themselves. The Registrant indicates information about themselves and transfers it to the Owner in the volume, order and conditions defined in the Privacy Policy "ABITLY". The Registrant undertakes to make appropriate changes whenever registration data changes.
Insufficiency and/or inaccuracy of information specified in clause 3.2. of the Terms may lead to the inability to use all functions of the Website.

The Owner has the right to suspend the Registrant's access to the account and Website services in case of violation of these Terms and/or Privacy Policy "ABITLY".
The User has the right to use the Website resources in ways that are consistent with the purpose of the Website and do not violate these Terms, as well as the current legislation of Ukraine.
Intellectual property rights to all materials and content of the Website, resources and services, unless otherwise specified, belong to the Owner.
Copying of Website materials without written consent of the Owner is prohibited.

The Owner reserves the right to delete information that negatively affects the image of the Website and/or the Owner.
The Owner may block the Registrant's account for the following reasons:
Account recovery occurs at the decision of the Owner after the Registrant's request with an appropriate application for recovery of the blocked account.
The Owner ensures the implementation of Website functions and/or provides services arising from Website functions directly through the Website's software mechanisms, interaction with which occurs through elements of the Website's graphical interface.
The User gives their consent to the acceptance of these Terms and Privacy Policy "ABITLY", and agrees with how the Owner determines the procedure for collecting, storing and processing personal data.
The Registrant is responsible for the accuracy of information provided to the Owner during registration, as well as for the accuracy of any information communicated to other Website Users.
The Owner is not responsible for any consequences that occurred as a result of Website downtime and/or defects in Website operation caused by technical failures in equipment and/or software operation. At the same time, the Owner undertakes to take all reasonable measures to prevent such failures.
The Owner is not responsible for any direct or indirect damages incurred by Users or third parties, as well as for lost profits that occurred as a result of Website operation.
The User agrees that they bear personal responsibility (and also that the Owner is not responsible to the User or any third parties) for any violation by Users of their obligations established by these Terms, as well as for all possible consequences of such violations (including any damages that the Owner may incur).
The Owner does not participate in legal relations between Users regarding the conclusion of any agreements and is not responsible for User actions.
The Owner is not responsible for the accuracy of information posted by Registrants on the Website and/or through the Website, as well as for the legality of its placement.
USERS INDEPENDENTLY BEAR RESPONSIBILITY TO EACH OTHER FOR ANY OBLIGATIONS ARISING FROM THE PROVISIONS OF THESE TERMS AND/OR FROM AGREEMENTS AND CONTRACTS CONCLUDED BETWEEN USERS.
These Terms take effect from the moment of their publication on the Website and apply to all Users.
The Owner has the right to unilaterally and at any time make changes to the Terms by posting a new version on the Website.
The User, in turn, undertakes to systematically familiarize themselves with the current version of the Terms posted on the Website, including information about changes to the Terms. Unless the Owner expressly indicates otherwise, the new version of the Terms takes effect from the moment of their posting on the Website.
In case of disagreement with the new version of the Terms, the User is obliged to immediately stop using the Website.
